Participation Agreement and ACH Authorization

We are excited to offer you an integrated resume resource to fuel your business development efforts! 

Our new Monster package allows you to tap into their resume database (which expanded in April 2026 after joining the databases from Monster and parent company BOLD) from within ESC2, providing the following benefits:

• Greatly reduced duplication rates:  only those records whose email address doesn’t exist in ESC2, or are claimable, will be served up – any duplicates which aren’t claimable won’t be visible, saving you time!  Note that some Monster users choose mask their email, and those records may make their way into ESC2 and essentially be a duplicate – similar to Clients you may work with today who ask you to update their email address, only for you to find out it’s a duplicate and prompting you to request a transfer/reach out to the ‘owning’ Coach.
• For those records you select / choose to purchase, immediate creation of the record in ESC2.  No more copying or pasting – a big time saver!
• Resumes attached directly to the newly created record.  No more downloading or uploading!
• A clear indication if the record already exists in ESC2 and is claimable.  In those cases, you have the choice of simply claiming the record (at no cost), or purchasing the record through Monster, which will bring the resume attachment, the freshest contact info, etc. 
• The ability to quickly see how many (and which) resumes you’ve purchased, so you can track your spend.
• Note:  for Coaches who previously had their own credentials to access the Monster.com site, you don’t need any credentials to use this integrated feature.

I hereby authorize Franchisor to make monthly ACH deductions from my on-file depositor account, in the amount of $1.40 for each resume I view (purchase).  Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.  There is no monthly access or flat fee; I am only charged for those resumes I consume.   Funds will be automatically deducted from my depositor account no later than the 10th business day of the month for the preceding month’s usage. Payments and credits may also be made into my account. If there are insufficient funds, I will be charged an Insufficient Funds Fee (“NSF”) in the amount of $35.00 or the amount charged by our banking institution, whichever is greater. Note that this ACH will be separate from Brand-Building Fund or MSP deductions. **Important note: Associate Coaches will need to have their subscription paid for by the licensee under whom they are working; the Associate can pay their licensee directly.
